Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment agent composition capable of uniforming the degree of internal damage in the hair when used for the hair having different internal damages and of imparting uniform feeling to the hair.SOLUTION: The hair treatment agent composition of the present invention is a two-agent type hair treatment agent composition, where a first agent contains (A) cystine and (B) an alkali agent, a second agent contains (C) an organic acid, the content ratio of (A) cystine is 0.5 to 4 mass% based on 100 mass% of the total first agent, the first agent has a pH of 8.5 to 11, the second agent has a pH of 3 to 5, and the first agent is applied to the hair followed by the second agent.
