PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for a centering work when supporting a shaft for moving an injection part with an injection port, to improve an assembly workability of a massage device, and to reduce a cost without hindering the movement of the injection port.SOLUTION: A massage device includes: a rotation drive part; a shaft 9 whose one end side is rotatably connected to the rotation drive part and is supported on a bearing, and whose the other end side 9b extends in one direction in a liquid tank 1; a screw gear which is provided on the shaft 9; an injection part which is movable along the shaft 9 together with the screw gear, has an injection port on the upper part, and is rotatable by the rotation of the screw gear; and a support mechanism which supports the other end side 9b of the shaft 9 in a non-fixed state.
