The communication holes 3 capture moisture W and nutrients K, N, P from the outside, and the pores 2 are dispersed around the communication holes 3 in such a manner as to be able to receive the nutrients K, N, P from the communication holes 3. The fillers 1 are connected in a three-dimensional network shape in such a manner that the total volume of the communication holes 3 is larger than the total volume of the pores 2.
