COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND CALL TRANSFER METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device that is able to temporarily change a call incoming terminal when a disaster strikes.SOLUTION: A communication device transfers a call from a call originating terminal to a call incoming terminal and makes communication possible between them. The communication device includes: transfer means (call processing unit 101) for transferring a call to a prescribed call incoming terminal to another call incoming terminal; setting means (subscriber data control unit 103 and subscriber data storage unit 104) for performing setting in order for the transfer means to transfer a call and permission means (subscriber data control unit 103) for temporarily permitting setting by the setting means and transferring by the transfer means when a disaster strikes.
