The negative active material layer contains a binding agent and ceramic particles containing polyvinylidene fluoride. The primary particle diameter of the ceramic particles is 50 nm or less; and the content of the ceramic particles with respect to binding agent 100 pts. mass is 20 pts. mass or more.
