Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulated electric cable which is mass-terminated and has high-speed electric characteristics.SOLUTION: An insulated electric cable (1802) includes a conductor set (1804), two virtually parallel insulating films (1808) configured on the peripheral of the conductor set (1804), and a migratory portion (1834) demarcated by the insulating films (1808) and the conductor set (1804). The conductor set (1804) includes more than one virtually parallel longitudinal insulated conductors (1806). Each insulating film (1808) includes a concentric portion (1808') virtually concentric to at least one of the insulated conductors (1806) and a parallel portion (1808") to which the insulating films (1808) are virtually parallel. The migratory portion (1834) engages in a moderate migration between the concentric portion (1808') and parallel portion (1808") of each insulating film (1808).
