Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture in which the amount of protrusion from a ceiling is made small.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture A comprises: a fixture body 1 formed in a long shape and attached to a ceiling material 100 with hanging bolts 200; and a light source unit 2 detachably attached to the fixture body 1. On the side opposite to the ceiling material 100 in the fixture body 1, a concave housing part 11 is provided along the longitudinal direction of the fixture body 1, and holes through which the hanging bolts 200 pass are provided in a bottom part 111 of the concave housing part 11. The light source unit 2 comprises: an LED board 22 on which a plurality of LEDs 222 are mounted; a fitting member 21 for attaching the LED board 22 to the fixture body 1; and a power supply device 24 that supplies lighting power to the plurality of LEDs 222. The fitting member 21 comprises a housing part 213 in a portion opposed to the concave housing part 11 of the fixture body 1, and the power supply device 24 is arranged in a position where it does not interfere with the hanging bolts 200 in a state that the light source unit 2 is attached to the fixture body 1.
