PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a problem that, in digitalization of a conventional electromagnetic induction nondestructive inspection device, clear policy for an excitation signal configuration, and the content and an analysis method of measurement data or the like is desired.SOLUTION: An optimization idea is proposed which is for definition of a basic structure of the digitalized electromagnetic induction nondestructive inspection device, an excitation signal configuration method, a sampling frequency, a sampling period and a data analysis method or the like, embodiments are introduced and actually measured data are reported.
