Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a site structure of a photovoltaic power generation facility capable of preventing dust dispersion or solving problems such as overgrowth of weeds, muddy soil and soil run-off in rainfall within a site of the photovoltaic power generation facility, and a site preparation method.SOLUTION: In a photovoltaic power generation facility, a concrete foundation D is erected on a site surface B formed from soil, a solar cell array C is placed on the concrete foundation D, and a plurality of solar cell modules A are placed and fixed on the solar cell array C. For soil in a top layer of the soil forming the site B, job site soil is mixed with an organic soil improvement material obtained by cutting barks of coniferous trees such as cedar or cypress into a fixed length in a fiber state.
