Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material with high storage stability for producing polythioether which has excellent mechanical performance (high bending strength, high bending fracture strain, and high glass transition temperature) in addition to excellent optical performance (high refractive index, high Abbe number, and high transmittance) and exhibits excellent properties as an optical material.SOLUTION: Provided is polythiourethane polythiol prepared by reacting a polythiol compound with a polyiso(thio)cyanate compound without including an episulfide compound. The polythiourethane polythiol is a liquid at 25°C, and has a repeating unit represented by the general formula (1). The polythiourethane polythiol provides a cured product by reaction of a terminal mercapto group.
