Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purification by immunoaffinity, comprising using a binding agent that binds to epitopes present in at least two sites on a target molecule.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of purifying IgG immunoglobulin, a) comprising binding the immunoglobulin to immunoadsorbent materials comprising one kind of single specific binding agent and having affinity to at least two epitopes spatially separated by at least 30 angstroms on the immunoglobulin, wherein b) the single specific binding agent is a variable domain of an antibody obtained from animals of family Camelidae, originally lacking light chain and comprising only heavy chain, and c) the above-mentioned at least two epitopes are at least two immunologically identical epitopes repeated on the above-mentioned immunoglobulin.
