METHOD OF PREPARING SPINNING BOBBIN MANUFACTURED IN RING SPINNING FRAME FOR SUBSEQUENT REWIND PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the supply of a prepared spinning bobbin to an operation part of an automatic twill winder.SOLUTION: According to a method of preparing a spinning bobbin manufactured in a ring spinning frame for a rewind process in an operation part of an automatic twill winder, the yarn end is dissociated from the spinning bobbin in a bobbin preparing device, received and located in a preparation position, and subsequently the yarn end is newly received in an area of the operation part of the automatic twill winder, and the rewind process for the spinning bobbin is started. Using a machine control device 28 of the automatic twill winder 2, the supply of the spinning bobbin 16 to the automatic twill winder is monitored, and when the supply falls below a preset limit value, in order to improve the supply to the automatic twill winder 2, the cycle output of the preparation process of a bobbin preparation device 10 is increased.
