Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an article having a fine rugged structure at a low cost while dispensing with post processing and to provide the article having the fine rugged structure.SOLUTION: The method for producing the article having the fine rugged structure comprises a step of incorporating at least one additive, which is selected from the group consisting of an ultraviolet absorbing agent and a radical capturing agent, in a second active energy ray-curable resin composition, that is used for obtaining a final product by a 2P method, by 0.5-10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of a curable component. The article having the fine rugged structure includes: a cured layer of the active energy ray-curable resin composition containing the at least one additive selected from the group consisting of the ultraviolet absorbing agent and the radical capturing agent; or another cured layer of the active energy ray-curable resin composition cured by using an acylphosphine oxide-based initiator.
