Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chuck device capable of efficiently supplying a work liquid to a tip of a tool.SOLUTION: A chuck device includes: a chuck body 2 fixed to a spindle of a rotary machine tool; and a collet 3 which is inserted into the chuck body 2 and may reduce its diameter so as to hold a tool 20. A liquid flow passage which discharges a work liquid to the tool 20 is provided in the chuck body 2, and a discharge direction of the work liquid from the liquid flow passage is set to an opposite direction of a rotation direction of the tool 20.
