PIECE ATTACHING/DETACHING TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piece attaching/detaching tool allowing a user to simply and quickly perform attachment/detachment of a piece of a band by a safe method.SOLUTION: A piece attaching/detaching tool 1 adjusts the length of the band by attaching/detaching pieces of a band, where a piece is formed with a projection at one side in the connecting direction and a recess formed at the other side, and the projection is inserted into a recess of an adjacent piece, thus connecting a plurality of pieces to constitute the band. The piece attaching/detaching tool includes: a plate-like base part 11 formed of a transparent or translucent material; a shaft part 12 vertically placed from one surface of the base part 11; and vertical placement parts 13 that are vertically placed along the vertical placement direction of the shaft part 12 and, the length of which in the vertical placement direction is longer than the length in the vertical placement direction of the shaft part 12. One end of the shaft part 12 is passed through a through-hole of the piece 2 to be inserted inside the piece, and a first moving member and a second moving member are moved against energizing force of a coil spring so as to release the insertion state of the connection projection.
