PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester capable of opening a cut and transport device to the left side of a machine body while a cut grain culm can be smoothly received from the cut and transport device side.SOLUTION: An interlocking case (9) for driving a receive chain (11) for receiving a cut grain culm from a cut and transport device (3) side is provided, and connected to the upper part of a support member (6) provided at the front part of a thresher (2) on a vehicle body (1) so that an output shaft (14) of the interlocking case (9) is disposed in front of an input shaft (12) of the interlocking case (9). A cutting frame (3a) supporting the cut and transport device (3) on the vehicle body (1) side is disposed on the left side of a transmission case (40) for driving a crawler (18), and the cutting frame (3a) is turned from a position in front of the vehicle body (1) to a position on the left side of the vehicle body (1) to thereby open the cut and transport device (3) to the left side of the machine body.
