PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging control device for making it possible to charge a plurality of vehicles while suppressing charging costs.SOLUTION: A charging control device 300 comprises a control unit 313 which: determines charging priority for a plurality of vehicles connected to the charging control device on the basis of respective connection time, states of charging of respective batteries, rating of respective power storage devices, respective departure time, and respective required charging amount of the plurality of vehicles; and creates a charging schedule for the plurality of vehicles on the basis of the charging priority, reception power prediction information providing a prediction value of reception power of an external power supply for a use other than charging, and power billing information on the external power supply. The control unit 313 creates the charging schedule so that charging for the plurality of vehicles is executed so as to prioritize a time zone having inexpensive power billing.
