The information providing device is provided, having a position information acquisition part for acquiring position information of the information processing terminal and the information processor, a specification part for specifying an area belonging to the information processing terminal on the basis of the acquired position information, and specifying the information processor installed in the area, and an instruction part for instructing the information processor specified by the request from the information processing terminal to execute processing specified by the request.
