PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the data processing method of a flash memory and a program for data processing for preventing a whole flash memory from being put in a state that operation guarantee is impossible in an early stage since only the erasure frequency of a saving block exceeds a limited frequency with which operation guarantee is impossible.SOLUTION: When data in each of blocks 20a to 20c are saved to a saving block 21, tail information is recorded in the tail of the data group of the data saved from each of the blocks 20a to 20c to the saving block 21, and the data group of the data saved from each of the blocks 20a to 20c is partitioned. Thus, it is not necessary to erase the data saved to the saving block 21 each time after returning the saved data to the saving source blocks 20a to 20c. As a result, it is possible to prevent only the erasure frequency of the saving block from exceeding a frequency with which operation guarantee is possible. Thus, it is possible to lengthen the operation guarantee of a flash memory.
