Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide detoxification treatment water of a radioactive substance, which reduces the radioactivity of objects, ground, and air which are contaminated by radiation.SOLUTION: Radioactive substance treatment water obtained by diluting a deuterium sulfate with water is brought into contact with radioactive substance-contaminated objects, or is applied to radioactive substance-contaminated ground or air, so that the deuterium sulfate nuclear-transforms a radioactive substance into a nonradioactive substance. Thus, the radioactive substance is reduced, and wide-area decontamination of the radioactive substance can be easily conducted.
