PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved pin cylinder type lock device of a conventional pin cylinder type lock device which is greatly improved in operability and mountability.SOLUTION: There is provided a pin cylinder type lock device which includes a substantially cylindrical housing, a slide unit which slides, a cylinder mechanism which aligns shear lines in combination with a plurality of pin groups, and a lid member which closes the slide unit, and has a base made rotatable by the slide unit having slid so as to enter locked/unlocked states by rotation of a locking/unlocking part. A slide cover member is fitted onto a substantially cylindrical housing outer periphery, the slide cover member closes a sub-key insertion slot to disable sub-key replacement in a locking/unlocking operation, and a rotation change member which enables changing the rotary operation angle of a locking/unlocking operation shaft provided on a rotary shaft side is provided on a top surface side of the housing.
