Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravure off-set printer capable of improving productivity by reducing a tact time.SOLUTION: A printer 100 includes: first and second plate cylinders 112 and 122; first and second blanket cylinders 116 and 126; delivery operating means 117, 118, 127 and 128 for making the plate cylinders 112 and 122 and the blanket cylinders 116 and 126 operate so as to deliver ink 2 from the plate cylinders 112 and 122 to the blanket cylinders 116 and 126; transfer operating means 119 and 129 for moving the blanket cylinders 116 and 126 so as to transfer the ink 2 of the blanket cylinders 116 and 126 to a base material 1 of a web shape; and a control device 130 for controlling the operation of the operating means 117, 118, 119, 127, 128 and 129 so as to perform in parallel the transfer of the ink 2 from the first blanket cylinder 116 to the base material 1 and the delivery of the ink 2 from the second plate cylinder 122 to the second blanket cylinder 126.
