Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torque adjustment mechanism capable of controlling, even when using an inexpensive brush motor as a driving source of a drive mechanism, the rotation speed of the brush motor without requiring a special control mechanism to prevent the occurrence of sound in high-speed rotation.SOLUTION: There is provided a mechanism that adjusts torque of a driving shaft 26 in a driving mechanism 21 transmitting the rotation of an electric motor to the driving shaft 26 while reducing the rotation through a reduction gear mechanism, and uses a brush motor 22 as the electric motor and a viscous fluid 33 as lubricant of a bearing 28 rotatably supporting the driving shaft 26. The mechanism further includes a temperature adjustment mechanism that adjusts a temperature of the viscous fluid 33.
