PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device capable of preventing color mixture in an organic light emitting layer and capable of preventing a cross talk between charge transport layers, and a method of manufacturing the organic light emitting display device.SOLUTION: The organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate 100 having a pixel region (I) and a peripheral region (II) surrounding the pixel region; a first electrode 110 disposed in the pixel region on the substrate; a pixel defining film 120 disposed in the peripheral region on the substrate; a first hydrophobic layer 130 disposed on the pixel defining film; at least one charge transport layer 140, 150 disposed on the first electrode; a second hydrophobic layer 160a covering the first hydrophobic layer on the pixel defining film; an organic light emitting layer 170 disposed on the charge transport layer; and a second electrode 180 disposed on the organic light emitting layer.
