Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity purchase support method or the like capable of offering consumers various commodities through a display device such as a digital signage, in a place where the display device is installed, and allowing the consumers to make safe purchases.SOLUTION: A commodity purchase support system 1 helps a user of a portable terminal 7 purchase a commodity displayed on a digital signage 5. A commodity 15 which the user purchases, kept in a place different from a place where the digital signage 5 is installed, is reserved by a commodity preparation server 13 before a deliverer or the like delivers the commodity 15 to a place such as the user's home 17. The digital signage 5 is not responsible for payment and ordering processes for commodity purchase, which system allows a consumer to make safe purchases. Furthermore, an order reception server 11 can perform centralized control of order data and client data.
