PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To learn correct motions in a short time and effectively by supporting procedure learning for each motion element and follow-up learning for a series of motions in a phased manner.SOLUTION: A motion learning support device 1 comprises: a monitor 13; an endoscope camera 115; an image display processing part 212 for procedure learning that displays element images of each motion of ligation and sewing with a pair of forceps on the monitor 13 individually and then displays images captured by the endoscope camera 115 on the monitor 13; and an image display processing part 213 for follow-up learning that displays images of a series of motions of ligation and sewing and the images captured by the endoscope camera 115 on the monitor 13 in a time division manner.
