Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prism sheet having a rugged shape that makes it difficult to be crushed, for example, and that does not damage other members disposed in contact with this prism sheet.SOLUTION: In a prism sheet having a rugged shape on one side of a transparent base material, when the hardness of a prism layer is measured with a square pyramid type indenter, the hardness is 2.10 to 2.90 N/mm. The hardness W/S[N/mm] is defined in such a manner that weight W[N] when the maximum indentation depth is reached is divided by the contact area S[mm] of the indenter and prism layer. When the recovery of the prism layer is measured with the square pyramid type indenter, the recovery is 55 to 90%. The recovery {(D1-D2)/D1}×100[%] is defined in such a manner that after the maximum indentation depth D1[μm] is reached, the indenter is removed, the indentation depth D2[μm] is measured after 5 seconds from the removal, the difference between the maximum indentation depth D1 and the indentation depth D2 after the removal of the indenter is divided by the maximum indentation depth D1.
