Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate correction device that enables efficient power consumption of a battery as a drive power source and extends a period in which accurate flow rate control of a fluid to be measured can be performed.SOLUTION: In a flow rate correction device 24, a measurement arithmetic unit 31 synchronizes and drives a pressure sensor 15 and a temperature sensor 16 for detecting the state of a fluid to be measured, and takes in the voltage of a battery 21 when a maximum load current flows through the device, and when detecting that the battery voltage is below a specified voltage, the arithmetic unit 31 outputs a signal indicating that the battery 21 almost runs down.
