Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of evaluating mechanical physical properties of a resin molding in a simple, non-destructive manner.SOLUTION: An evaluation method of mechanical physical properties of a resin molding includes: a heat distortion temperature measuring step of measuring a heat distortion temperature of a surface of a resin molding using a nano-thermal analyzer; and a mechanical physical property-estimating step of estimating mechanical physical properties of the resin molding from the heat distortion temperature based on the previously obtained correlation between the heat distortion temperature and the mechanical physical properties. The evaluation method estimates the mechanical physical properties of the resin molding. The resin molding is preferably a resin molding container or a resin film. The mechanical physical properties are an impact-resistance strength of the resin molding container, or a maximum point stress, an elongation at breakage and/or a tensile elasticity of the resin film. |
