Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncombustible decorative plate that has satisfactory incombustibility, and has moisture proofness also.SOLUTION: A noncombustible decorative plate is characterized in that a resin-based decorative sheet is disposed on a surface of an inorganic board, an inorganic substance thin film vapor-deposited layer and a resin-based film are disposed on a rear face of the inorganic board in the order, and the inorganic board includes moisture and/or crystal water. The rear face of the inorganic board has moisture proofness, thereby, moisture contained in the inorganic board efficiently evaporates from a resin-based decorative sheet side of a surface to which heat by flame is added, and thereby fireproof performance is improved.
