PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply-and-demand control apparatus, supply-and-demand control method, and supply-and-demand control program, capable of developing an operational plan of a generator corresponding to demand movement.SOLUTION: The supply-and-demand control apparatus includes: means for determining a demand adjustment amount for requesting demand adjustment for a user of electricity on the basis of demand prediction; means for calculating a correction value of the demand prediction at any other time zone than a time zone at which the demand adjustment is requested; and means for developing an operational plan of a generator on the basis of demand prediction after the correction in which the correction value is added to the demand prediction.
