Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image editing apparatus that can edit a plurality of images in a combination of photographs composed of the images, while keeping consistency of the images without deteriorating image qualities, even when replacing some of the images, and to provide an image editing method, and a program.SOLUTION: An image editing method comprises steps of obtaining size information of a rearrangement target region in a combination of photographs (S317), determining whether an image can be used as a replacement image on the basis of the image read from a recording part in which a plurality of images are recorded and the obtained size information (S321, S263), and displaying an image that can be used, or displaying an alarm for an image that cannot be used (S257, S265).
