DIRECT STACK TYPE COMMODITY STORAGE RACK OF VENDING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct stack type commodity storage rack of vending machine capable of storing irregular shaped commodities which have an annular expansion portion protruding outward from an outer shell of a main body of a commodity container and selling them.SOLUTION: The vending machine has plural box-like column cases 10 including a commodity pathway 14 partitioned therein to store commodities vertically piled up in a row. The column case 10 has a movable side plate 15A disposed on the side wall 10a for adjusting the width of the commodity pathway 14 and a recessed groove 10b for receiving the movable side plate 15A. The movable side plate 15A increases the width of the recessed groove 10b in a depth direction and reduces the right-left width dimension of the movable side plate 15A with respect to the recessed groove 10b to form a space h between the front side groove wall in the recessed groove 10b and the front side foot in the U-like shaped movable side plate 15A. The space dimension is set to allow an annular expansion portion of an irregular shape commodity having an annular expansion portion protruding outward from an outer shell of the main body of the commodity container to enter. Irregular shape commodities are piled up with the annular expansion portion of the irregular shape commodity received in the space formed between the front side groove wall of the recessed groove 10b of the column case 10 and the front side foot of the U-like shaped movable side plate 15A.
