PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling device for collecting fluid from a desired position by axially moving a sampling tube inserted into the sampling device, which is superior in fluid sealability and insertion/extraction performance of the sampling tube and is capable of surely collecting fluid from a desired position.SOLUTION: A sampling device 100 includes: a cylindrical body member 10 having one end connected to a target collection space; a cylindrical pushing-in member 50 inserted into the body member 10 from the other end side of the body member 10; a sampling tube 60 inserted to both the body member and the pushing-in member 50; and a gland packing 40 arranged between an inner peripheral surface of the body member 10 and an outer peripheral surface of the sampling tube 60. The body member 10 includes a gland packing housing part 31 for housing therein the gland packing 40, a gland packing support part 22 provided on one end side of the gland packing housing part 31, and a female screw part 32 formed on the other end side, and the pushing-in member 50 has a male screw part to be engaged with the female screw part 32.
