Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system for supplying fuel to a common rail type engine, in which automatic bleeding can be well performed when starting the engine after running out of fuel, and the starting of the engine be well performed.SOLUTION: The fuel supply system includes a feed pump 9 to be driven by a common rail type engine E for supplying fuel from a fuel tank T to the engine E. A fuel filter 8 is provided upstream from the feed pump 9, and a bleeding circuit 18 for removing air is communicated with the middle of a fuel flowing passage 17 which causes the fuel to flow from the fuel filter 8 to the feed pump 9.
