Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated window panel which incorporates an electrical device, especially an EL device, an LCD or an SPD, which reduces a decrease in the half-life of the EL device and may even prevents it.SOLUTION: A laminated window panel comprises two panes of window panel material joined together by at least one ply of interlayer material, an electrical device 11 (e.g. an electroluminescent lamp, an LCD or an SPD) located between the panes 24,25 of the window panel material, and infrared radiation reflecting means 23 (e.g. reflective film) also located between the panes 24,27 for reducing the amount of infrared radiation to be incident upon the electrical device 11.
