PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document storage case that can be formed by performing synthetic resin molding at once by making storage spaces of documents into two parts and making components such as a storage body into one body.SOLUTION: An upper lid 2 is connected to one side 1a of a square frame 1 provided with a partition 1A in a frame via a hinge part 3, a lower lid 4 is connected to the other side 1b of the square frame 1 via the hinge part 3, the square frame 1, the upper lid 2, the hinge part 3, and the lower lid 4 are made into an integral mold of synthetic resin, an upper part of the square frame 1 is made openable/closable by the upper lid 2, a lower part of the square frame 1 is made openable/closable by the lower lid 4 by the hinge part 3, and an upper storage space Sa and a lower storage space Sb are formed inside.
