SLIDING SURFACE PROTECTIVE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding surface protective device, without leaking lubricating oil of a sliding surface to an external part, and without mixing a chip and a cutting liquid with the lubricating oil by infiltrating into an oil catcher of the lubricating oil.SOLUTION: A cover frame 4 for constituting a slide cover 3 has on a lower end a wiper 10 abutting on a surface of the superposed inside cover frame 4, and has on an upper back face an eaves-shaped back plate of projecting by going over the inside cover frame, and has a slide shoe for abutting on a reverse surface of the outside cover frame superposed on an upper surface of the cover frame by forming the back plate in a part dropped in by one stage from the upper end of the cover frame, and the innermost cover frame has a bottom plate 14 fixed to a column for forming the sliding surface and blocking up a sliding surface lower part, and an upper part of the bottom plate 14 is formed with an oil catcher part for receiving the lubricating oil flowed out of the sliding surface.
