Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a light-emitting device in which the weight of phosphor particles is controlled, and which can emit a mixed color with a reduced chromaticity variation.SOLUTION: Provided is a light-emitting device manufacturing method comprising the steps of: extracting a light-emitting element having a wavelength distribution range of plus/minus 1.5% or less of center value from a wafer and having an optical output range of plus/minus 10% or less of center value and then assembling a light-emitting device which emits a mixed light containing a prescribed range of chromaticity; approximating, with a curve or straight line, the chromaticity dependency of the mixed light on the optical output of the primary light in the wavelength distribution range and on the wavelength of the primary light in the optical output distribution range by using a mixing ratio of the phosphor particles to a translucent resin as parameter; calculating, by using the curve or straight line representing the chromaticity dependency, a mixing ratio from the wavelength and optical output of the primary light measured for each of the light-emitting elements and from target chromaticity defined within a prescribed chromaticity range, and then preparing a translucent resin having the mixing ratio; and covering the light-emitting elements with the translucent resin.
