PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an institution management system which reduces introduction costs and enhances convenience concerning identity guarantee of a visitor and change of security operation.SOLUTION: An outside tag 21 is provided at the outside of a residence, and a visitor transmits a visit destination ID read from the outside tag 21 to an authentication server 30 to perform the visitor authentication. Thus, it is possible to determine whether the visitor is a proper visitor. Also, when the visitor is a proper visitor, information about the visitor is transmitted to a room terminal 40 of the residence, so that a resident can receive the visitor after confirming the visitor's information.
