PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaf spring capable of preventing deformation of spring portions when stress in the in-plane direction is exerted on the leaf spring.SOLUTION: A leaf spring 5, 11 comprises an outer frame portion 5a, 11a, an inner frame portion 5b, 11b located on the inner side of the outer frame portion 5a, 11a, and spring portions 5c, 11c which are located between the inner frame portion 5b, 11b and the outer frame portion 5a, 11a and allows the inner frame portion 5b, 11b and the outer frame portion 5a, 11a to elastically move in a normal direction thereof. At least one limiting protrusion 15 is provided on at least either the inner frame portion 5b, 11b, the outer frame portion 5a, 11a, or the spring portions 5c, 11c to limit deformation of the spring portions 5c, 11c in the in-plane direction.
