PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user with information of an area according to approaching or entering to the area having a prescribed expanse when guiding a route.SOLUTION: (a) A route that reaches a destination from a departure place is determined (S210). (b) A specific area of a neighborhood of the route is determined by referring to an area database which associates positional information with information of an enjoyment thing on the specific area including a place where the prescribed common enjoyment thing can be enjoyed, and stores the information (S224 and S226). (c) Route data including a first kind of information which is used for a movement guidance to move a user along the route, and a second kind of information which is used for introduction of a neighborhood area about the enjoyment thing in the neighborhood area or in a place on the route of the neighborhood is created (S236).
