PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing case of an electronic clinical thermometer which is structured so as to be convenient for carrying a plurality of housing cases housing electronic clinical thermometers at the same time.SOLUTION: A housing case 110 accommodates an electronic clinical thermometer 100 for measuring the body temperature of a subject. The housing case 110 includes a magnet 211 disposed on a first face 111-1 at a position opposing a magnet reed switch 104 of the electronic clinical thermometer 100 when the electronic clinical thermometer 100 is accommodated, and a magnet 212 disposed according to the layout of a magnetic pole opposite to the layout of the magnetic pole of the magnet 211 at a position corresponding to the position of the magnet 211 in a second face 111-2 opposing the first face 111-1.
