Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge mechanism suitably used for a bascule counter installed in a convenience store, a dining kitchen for shop, a buffet and the like, and capable of being easily mounted on an apparatus body.SOLUTION: One of mounting leaf portions is mounted on a movable body, and the other mounting leaf portion is mounted on a fixed body. When the movable body is swung from a fully-closed state, it is freely rotated at one of the mounting leaf portions, when the movable body is half-opened, one side face of a center leaf portion is brought into contact with a body surface, and the mounting leaf portion is stopped, and when the movable body is further swung, it is rotated to a fully-opened state by the other mounting leaf portion, and braked.
