PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of a complex containing a biologically active peptide and a formulation and the use of the same.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a treatment method for increasing a blood flow to various organs under reduced blood volume and reduced blood pressure and increasing a level of a factor VIII and a plasminogen activator in blood, using a group of novel long-acting vasopressin analogs and formulations and compounds of the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to vasopressin and a biologically active polypeptide derivative of the vasopressin, obtained by modification of forming a covalent bond at a binding site so as to generate a long-acting analog of the polypeptide, considered to act by a controlled release of active vasopressin or a vasopressin derivative.
