Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of purifying HSe by removing HS and HO.SOLUTION: By passing a HSe-containing gas through an AW-500 molecular sieve, the amount of HS in the HSe-containing gas is reduced to less than 10 ppmv. By passing the HSe-containing gas through a 4A molecular sieve, the amount of HO in the HSe-containing gas is reduced to less than 20 ppmv. The HSe-containing gas is passed through the 4A molecular sieve before passed through the AW-500 molecular sieve.
