Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle which suppresses infiltration of rainwater and the like splashed by a rear wheel into an intake port of an engine intake system.SOLUTION: In a rear structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle where a rear fender 66 is divided into two parts of a first fender 66A formed with a suspended part 66d so as to cover a rear part and a top part of a rear wheel 3 and a second fender 66B covering the top part of the rear wheel 3 and the first fender 66A and the second fender 66B are connected to each other, an intake port 35a is provided on the lateral and front side of the rear wheel 3, the first fender 66A and the second fender 66B are arranged so as to overlap with each other in the front-back direction, the second fender 66B is arranged inside in the vehicle width direction of the first fender 66A, and the second fender 66B is provided with side walls 66u, which extend downward and in the front-back direction, on both side ends in the vehicle width direction.
