Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for forming a filter medium with a vertical groove flow passage.SOLUTION: In the device for forming a filter medium 312 with the vertical groove flow passage, (a) the device comprises a first roll 250 having a plurality of projections and a plurality of recesses, and the projections and the recesses are alternately formed of the first roll 250, and at least one of the projections includes at least two filter medium contact areas separated by a filter medium loosening area, and (b) the device comprises a second roll 290 having a plurality of recesses and a plurality of projections, and the recesses and the projections are alternately formed of the second roll 290, and at least one of the recesses includes at least two filter medium contact areas separated by the filter medium loosening area.
