Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire three images of a normal image, a blood vessel emphasizing image and an oxygen saturation image with high image quality respectively while maintaining frame rate (time resolution) even in the case of acquiring the three images in a simultaneous system.SOLUTION: A rotary filter 31 includes: an opening 31a for transmitting wide-band light BB as it is; a measuring filter part 31b for transmitting oxygen saturation measuring light of 450-500 nm out of the wide-band light BB; and a blood vessel emphasizing filter part 31c for transmitting blood vessel emphasizing illuminating light of 405-425 nm and 530-550 nm out of the wide-band light BB. An area S2 of the measuring filter part 31b and an area S3 of the blood vessel emphasizing filter part 31c are larger than an area S1 of the opening 31a. Therefore, an irradiation time T2 of the oxygen saturation measuring light and an irradiation time T3 of the blood vessel emphasizing illuminating light are longer than an irradiation time T1 of the wide-band light BB.
