Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure for a solar cell panel frame which has sufficient load resistance, can be flexibly designed so as to deal with various solar cell module designs and is capable of compressing a construction period and cost.SOLUTION: In a foundation structure for a solar cell module frame, a foundation frame is installed on a screw anchor which is disposed on the ground in a vertical direction, the screw anchor is fixed to a screw anchor support board which is disposed within the foundation frame, concrete is installed to the foundation frame and formed, and the anchor bolt is provided while protruding on a top face of the foundation frame.
